Q, Can I choose any bouncy castle for my indoor party?
A, Yes, but it is always best to check with the caretaker for measurements or give us a call. As a lot of venues have very low ceilings and only a small majority of our castles will fit in.

Q, Will you deliver on time before my party starts?
A, Yes, indoor bookings such as timed partys always have priority due to the very tight time scale, it's best to book your bouncy castle to arrive at least 30 mins before your party starts to make sure it's all setup on time.

Q, Do you supply extra safety mats for indoor bouncy castle hires as I'm a bit worried about the hard floor?
A, Yes, at no extra charge we will supply a full coverage of safety mats (this means all exit points ie, step or slide will have full coverage of at least 4 safety mats so it's safe for the children to enter and exit the bouncy castle. Lots of company's will only use 1 or 2 safety mats, and sometimes none at all, in our opinion is very dangerous.

Q, How do you stop the bouncy castle moving about if can not anchor it down?
A, We supply sand bags which are connected to each corner (This stops the castle moving around and also stops the risk of the bouncy castle from tipping over) Lots of company's don't use sandbags bag's at all, which can be very dangerous as the bouncy castle could move about when in use or even tip over.
